对高州市6个益智（Alpinia oxyphylla）品种的挂果量进行调查，发现各品种间挂果表现差异极显著（P＜001），表明益智挂果表现很大程度取决于单丛个体的遗传特性。

Based on the general investigation of six Alpinia oxyphylla varieties fructification in Gaozhou, there were significant difference among various varieties. It shows that Alpinia oxyphylla’s fructification largely depends on hereditary features of single clump.
