高温干燥处理对桉树木材干缩率的影响

摘要:
桉树是我国南方地区人工林主要造林树种之一,对缓解我国木材供需矛盾发挥着巨大作用。然而,桉树自身所具有的易开裂、变形等缺陷长期以来极大限度的限制了其高效利用。高温干燥处理是提高木材尺寸稳定性的有效方法之一。以尾叶桉、尾巨桉、巨桉等三种桉树为研究对象,在温度180 ~ 220℃、时间1 ~ 5h等不同处理条件下对其干燥,结果表明,与对照材相比,处理后三种桉树木材的抗干缩率均有了不同程度的提高,最大提高率分别为68.24%、70.43%和78.25%。

Abstract:
Eucalyptus is one of main commonly planted tree species in southern of China. As a fast-growing species, though it plays an important role to relieve the contradiction between supply and demand, the main drawback is dimensional stability, such as split and distortion, which limits its applications. Super-high drying treatment is one of the effective methods to enhance dimensional stability of wood. E.urophylla,E. urophylla × E. grandis and E. grandis were treated at temperatures ranging from 180℃ to 220℃ and length of time from 1h to 5 hours in an airtight chamber. The effect of thermal treatment on anti-shrink efficiency of wood was investigated. The results showed that the anti-shrink efficiency of the eucalyptus woods was increased by 68.24 for E.urophylla, 70.43% for E. urophylla × E. grandis and 78.25% for E. grandis at 220℃ for 5 hours, respectively.
