60 mm厚尾赤桉干燥工艺初探

摘要:
文章采用百度实验法对尾赤桉木材干燥特性进行研究,提出了尾赤桉木材干燥基准,并进行工艺实验研究。结果表明,经此种干燥工艺后,60 mm厚尾赤桉木材初含水率从87.05%降至12.55%,干燥周期为46 d,且除纵裂度较大外,其他可见缺陷干燥质量达到国家标准GB/T 6491—1999《投注app》规定的一级要求。

Abstract:
The characteristics of Eucalyptus surophylla ? E. camaldulensis lumber by artificial drying at 100℃ were studied. The standard of E. surophylla ? E. camaldulensis lumber drying was proposed. The moisture content of 60 mm thick board decreased from 87.05% to 12.55% by drying. The drying period was 46 days. The quality of the drying board reached the 1st level of national standard GB/T 6491—1999, except big longitudinal crack.
