IBA+NAA、国光生根剂对香樟根系的影响

摘要:
试验采用国光生根剂大树根动力②号与吲哚丁酸和萘乙酸混合液(IBA+NAA),以0.5L、1L、1.5L和2L施入量的四种梯度对移植香樟假植苗进行处理,观测不同生根剂处理对根系生长及根系形态特征的影响。结果表明,生根剂对香樟的生根有明显影响。两种生根剂处理的影响相似,随着生根剂施入量的增加,香樟根系萌发时间表现为先缩短后延长的趋势,总根系长度表现为先增加后降低的趋势。生根效果表现为IBA+NAA>国光生根剂大树根动力②号;IBA+NAA最佳施入量为1.5L。

The Influence of rhizogenic agents-IBA+NAA and Guoguang root power② on the root of camphor
Abstract:
For improving the survival rate of Cinnamomum camphora with diameter more than 15cm, we investigate the effects of two kinds of rhizogenic agent on the root growth and morphology parameters of the transplanted C. camphora seedlings. The rhizogenic agent include Guoguang rhizogenic agent root power② and the mixed solution of indole-3-butyric acid and naphthalene acetic acid (hereafter refered as IBA+NAA). The amount applied of each rhizogenic agent were 0.5L, 1L, 1.5L and 2L, respectively. The main results are as following: The effect of rhizogenic agent on rooting of C. camphora was significant. Along with the amount applied increasing, the rooting time displayed an early decrease and a later increase. On the contrary, total root length increased first and then decreased. The influences of IBA+NAA are greater than those of Guoguang rhizogenic agent root power②. The optimum amount applied of IBA+NAA was 1.5L.
