本文运用 POE(post occupancy evaluation)基本研究方法 ,对深圳市洪湖公园做了调查研究。通过对公园游客进行抽样问卷调查、观察游客的各类活动和公园设施的使用情况，了解深圳洪湖公园的使用状况，包括游客特征、游园活动特征、游客评价等，形成 POE评价分析报告。报告将为洪湖公园改进规划设计、完善服务设施和提高管理水平提供依据。

Taking Honghu Park as an example，the park visitors and their activity characteristics are surveyed and analyzed by using the POE method. The POE report of Honghu Park is useful for improving design,sevice facilities and management levels.
