Abstract: |
|
According to the occurrence laws in the epidemic area of Guangdong province, this paper put forward 3 methods for pinewood nematode [Bursphelenchus xylophilus (Steiner & Buhrer) Nickle] diagnosis. (1) Diagnosed by the appearance of died pine trees in the forest. (2) Diagnosed by the separation of pinewood nematode in the wood of the died pine trees. (3) Diagnosed by the separation of pinewood nematode in the adult instar of pine sawyer beetle (Monochamus alternatus Hope) which trapped by attractant.
